Accounts Receivable Manager

Responsibilities: Lead complex collection strategies and oversee day-to-day operations of the collections team to reduce aged receivables and optimize DSO. Partner with internal stakeholders and external carriers or attorneys to resolve payment barriers and improve cash recovery.

Requirements: Requires 5+ years of progressive accounts receivable experience and 2+ years of leadership experience, specifically within the insurance industry. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred along with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems like NetSuite.
