Responsibilities: Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance facilities, joint ventures, and strategic transactions. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to manage complex infrastructure financings and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements: Requires a J.D. from an accredited law school and an active U.S. law license with 4+ years of experience in project finance or transactional practice. Experience with joint venture governance and complex infrastructure projects is essential.
