Job description

Responsibilities: The Associate Attorney represents clients before Administrative Law Judges and guides them through the Social Security Disability appeals process. Responsibilities include drafting legal briefs, analyzing medical evidence, and preparing clients for hearings.

Requirements: Candidates must have an active law license in Missouri or Kansas, or the ability to obtain one within one month of hire. Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of legal experience, particularly in disability law or administrative hearings.
