Job description

Responsibilities: Coordinate inpatient and outpatient authorizations and referrals for acute care and skilled nursing facilities. Facilitate communication between care managers and providers to ensure continuity of care and accurate data documentation.

Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a healthcare setting. Must be proficient with Windows PC applications and capable of working a rotating evening shift in the PST time zone.
