Job description

Responsibilities: The Associate Director develops strategies to enhance the affiliate experience through recruitment, onboarding, and retention of immigration legal services organizations. They provide direct supervision to the Field Engagement team and collaborate across sections to align network activities with organizational goals.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least ten years of experience in immigration services or non-profit legal services, including three years of supervisory experience. Knowledge of DOJ Recognition and Accreditation and immigration laws is highly preferred.
