Associate Director, Patient Navigator

Responsibilities: Provide high-touch education and personalized support to patients and caregivers navigating the gene therapy treatment journey. Coordinate with Qualified Treatment Centers and internal stakeholders to resolve access barriers and optimize program operations.

Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and at least 10 years of pharmaceutical or biotech patient services experience with expertise in reimbursement and complex case management. Strong knowledge of payer systems and regulatory compliance is essential, with RN or gene therapy experience preferred.
