Associate General Counsel

Responsibilities: Lead the drafting and negotiation of healthcare commercial agreements, including BAAs and payer contracts. Provide legal oversight for privacy, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance while managing outside counsel.

Requirements: Requires a JD from an accredited law school and 5-10+ years of legal experience in healthcare or a law firm. Must have significant experience with HIPAA, ERISA, and healthcare services agreements.
