Audio Collection & Transcription - Native U.S. English Speakers

Responsibilities: Record natural customer service conversations based on provided scripts and accurately transcribe the recordings. Segment audio into speech units and label speakers according to project guidelines.

Requirements: Must be a native U.S. English speaker with strong listening and writing skills and a quiet recording environment. Ability to maintain 95% accuracy and complete a mandatory pre-assessment is required.
