The Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a vital physician extender within a remote healthcare team. In this role, the RN supports providers by managing Electronic Health Records (EHR), responding to patient inquiries, and delivering timely clinical guidance to support high-quality patient care.

This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage telephone service, assessing and triaging patient needs, conducting follow-up outreach, and facilitating clear communication between patients and healthcare providers. The RN plays a key role in promoting positive patient outcomes while supporting overall team efficiency and collaboration.
