Job description

Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth to children, teens, and young adults. Conduct intakes, develop trauma-informed treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists and nurses.

Requirements: Must hold an active Illinois license (LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW) and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Experience working with children, teens, and families in a remote setting is required.
