Bilingual Registered Nurse

This registered nurse will be based in the FL market. The Registered Nurse (RN) is a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, responsible for providing clinical oversight, care coordination, and patient support to ensure high‑quality, patient‑centered care. This role partners closely with providers, medical assistants, and external care partners to manage chronic conditions, address acute needs, and coordinate preventive and post‑hospital care. The RN supports clinical workflows through patient outreach, clinical triage, visit coordination, care planning, and timely documentation, while promoting improved health outcomes, continuity of care, and adherence to quality standards.
