Bilingual/Spanish Speaking Medical Assistant

Responsibilities: Deliver virtual chronic care support to Medicare patients through proactive outreach, coaching, and goal-setting. Coordinate care to close gaps and document all interactions within the Cadence platform while collaborating with clinical teams.

Requirements: Requires an active Medical Assistant certification and at least 5 years of experience as a Medical Assistant. Fluency in Spanish and proficiency with AI-assisted clinical tools are mandatory requirements.
