Business Analyst

Responsibilities: The Business Analyst optimizes warehouse management system (WMS) solutions by gathering requirements and improving business processes. They are responsible for system testing, end-user training, and providing Level 2 application support to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements: Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong skills in process mapping, SQL, and interface data mapping. A high school diploma is required, while a degree in IT or Supply Chain and experience with Tier 1 WMS are preferred.
