Care Adviser, Housing

Responsibilities: Execute care-related tasks and conduct thorough research to support Care Coordinators in meeting member needs. Collaborate with managers to implement resourceful solutions and maintain internal knowledge bases.

Requirements: Requires an Associate degree or higher and 3+ years of experience in healthcare, caregiving, customer service, or administration. Specific experience in senior living, property management, or low-income housing is preferred for the Housing specialization.
