Care Coordinator (Non-Clinical)

Responsibilities: Provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual environment, including handling patient inquiries, triage, and managing medical records. Coordinate pre-visit preparations and facilitate social service referrals for vulnerable pediatric populations.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2-4 years of healthcare experience in outpatient or multispecialty clinics. Spanish fluency is preferred.
