Job description
Responsibilities: Manage inbound and outbound calls to resolve patient questions, update medication profiles, and coordinate care between pharmacists and medical professionals. Perform administrative pharmacy tasks including claim adjudication, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records in a high-volume call center environment.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or GED and current certification from the PTCB or NHA, along with state pharmacy technician registration. Candidates must have prior pharmacy experience and be comfortable working independently in a remote, phone-based setting.
