Channel Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities: The role is responsible for owning the operational success and scaling of the General Agency (GA) partnership channel. This includes building relationships with national and regional GAs and developing scalable standard operating procedures for onboarding and commission administration.

Requirements: Candidates need 5+ years of experience in partner operations or channel management within the employee benefits, insurance, or HR technology industry. A strong operational mindset and experience building scalable processes and SOPs are essential.
