Chief of Staff

Responsibilities: Partner directly with the CEO to drive strategy, operations, and high-priority special projects. Act as a force multiplier for the leadership team by bringing structure to decision-making and executing cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements: Requires a high-caliber generalist with a background in top-tier finance, consulting, or operations, often paired with an MBA. Preference is given to candidates with experience in pre-Series C startups who can handle ambiguity.
