Claims Adjuster, Subrogation

Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of subrogation claims to maximize cost containment and recovery through proactive investigation and negotiation. Collaborate with stakeholders and front-line adjusters to implement recovery strategies and settle claims at optimal levels.

Requirements: Requires at least 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation Subrogation and strong knowledge of insurance claim procedures. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
