Claims Examiner 1

Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, and resolve low- to moderate-complexity property insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction. Manage claim reserves, verify coverage, and communicate decisions professionally to policyholders.

Requirements: Requires at least one year of experience in P&C Residential Property and an Associate degree or equivalent. A Texas Adjuster License or progress toward obtaining one is required.
