Claims Investigator

Responsibilities: Investigates potentially fraudulent insurance claims using computer-based sources, social media, and public records to compile comprehensive claimant profiles. Prepares high-quality investigation reports and communicates with other divisions to support field investigators.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience. Proficiency in internet search engines, social media platforms, and specialized databases like Lexis Nexis and TLO is preferred.
