Clinical Concierge

Responsibilities: Conduct short Microsoft Teams onboarding calls and follow-up interactions to help clinicians successfully adopt the Zenara Assess tool. Provide light inbound call coverage and maintain detailed notes to ensure seamless handoffs and product feedback loops.

Requirements: Requires a professional, calm presence and a strong background in clinical or mental health fields such as nursing, psychology, or social work. Must have a reliable remote setup including high-speed internet, a webcam, and availability for US afternoon hours.
