Clinical Patient Service Representative (Bilingual) - Remote in Indiana

Responsibilities: The Clinical Patient Service Representative improves the patient experience by managing phone communications, scheduling appointments, and assisting with referrals and paperwork. They also maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Records system and educate patients on necessary documentation.

Requirements: Candidates must be an LPN or RN with a valid Indiana license and be bilingual in Spanish. One year of prior experience in an office or health-related position is preferred.
