Clinical Patient Service Representative (RN or LPN, Bilingual) - Remote in Indiana

Responsibilities: The Clinical PSR manages patient scheduling, referrals, and prior authorizations while providing phone-based customer service. They are responsible for maintaining accurate electronic medical records and coordinating care between patients and clinical teams.

Requirements: Candidates must be a licensed RN or LPN in Indiana and be bilingual in Spanish. Experience in clinical phone triage and a preference for one year of office or health-related experience are required.
