Clinical Supervisor, Virtual Clinical Operations

Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of RN Care Managers to deliver coordinated virtual care and targeted interventions for kidney care patients. Monitor workflows, conduct quality assurance reviews of clinician calls, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve clinical standards and patient experience.

Requirements: Requires an Associate's degree or higher and an active unrestricted clinical license (RN, SW, RD, or PharmD). Candidates must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience and a background in renal care or chronic disease management.
