Closing Coordinator

Finance of America is seeking a Closing Coordinator to manage the closing process for FHA Reverse Mortgage loans while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional customer experience. This role prepares loans for closing by validating documentation, reviewing closing packages, completing required disclosures in accordance with RESPA/TILA regulations, and ensuring all information in ReverseVision is accurate and complete. The Closing Coordinator is responsible for meeting productivity goals of closing at least 120 loans per month, obtaining trailing documents before shipping, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, integrity, urgency, and customer service in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
