COLE001: Deputy Department Head

Responsibilities: Assist the Department Head in leading initiatives with NJ Universities and Colleges to recruit volunteer instructors. Support college engagement operations through hiring, budgeting, and fostering relationships with educational stakeholders.

Requirements: Requires experience leading a function or managing others and a background in university outreach. Candidates must be comfortable using digital collaboration tools and have a genuine interest in solving the STEM education gender gap.
