Collections Representative

Responsibilities: Manage a $10M accounts receivable portfolio by contacting customers to collect overdue payments and resolve invoice discrepancies. Collaborate with finance teams and project managers to reduce the AR backlog and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements: Requires at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections with proficiency in Salesforce and basic Excel. Candidates must be self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
