COME001: Deputy Department Head

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to the Department Head in engaging middle schools for afterschool STEM programs. Lead a team of Area Managers and collaborate with other departments to align staffing and growth plans.

Requirements: Requires strong leadership experience and familiarity with K-12 school systems. Candidates must be comfortable using digital collaboration tools and have a genuine interest in solving the STEM gender gap.
