COME101: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities: Lead the identification and engagement of middle schools in New Jersey to implement after-school STEM programs. Manage a team of Area Managers to execute outreach targets and coordinate with the Data Analytics team.

Requirements: Requires a strong interest in closing the STEM gender gap and proficiency with data-based decision making. Candidates must be comfortable using digital collaboration tools and possess strong analytical skills.
