Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager

The Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager is responsible for developing and executing Justrite Safety Group's commercial product training strategy. This role ensures employees, manufacturer representatives, and distributor partners have the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to effectively represent the company's products, solutions, and value proposition.

The Commercial Learning & Enablement Manager owns the commercial learning experience from onboarding through ongoing development by designing scalable training programs that leverage instructor-led training, virtual facilitation, self-directed learning, eLearning, video, and other modern learning methods.
