Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities: Provide superior customer service by coaching policyholders on coverage and processing endorsements and renewals. Maintain strong agency relationships and assist in achieving loss ratio targets while acting as a technical resource.

Requirements: Requires a high school diploma and prior agency experience with advanced knowledge of Commercial Lines Insurance. Must possess or obtain an agent's license within 60 days of hire.
