Community Lending Analyst

We seek a highly motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented Community Lending Program Analyst to support the growth and operational excellence of our national Community Lending initiatives. This role plays a critical part in executing, tracking, and optimizing community outreach programs and events across diverse markets nationwide. The ideal candidate blends analytical expertise with strong project management, data analytics, and initiative coordination skills. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Community Partners, and Leadership, this position ensures that Guild’s community programs are impactful, scalable, and aligned with our mission of expanding sustainable homeownership
