Compliance Standards Analyst - Senior/Lead (Remote Eligible)

The Compliance Standards Analyst leads SPP’s efforts to influence and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of NERC Reliability Standards and NAESB Business Practices. This role promotes reliability excellence by ensuring standards are clear, effective, measurable, and support a reliable Bulk Electric System. The position partners with internal subject matter experts to evaluate impacts of proposed changes and collaborates with SPP members, NERC, MRO, WECC, and industry groups to influence standards development. Responsibilities also include preparing reports, delivering stakeholder presentations, and leading strategic initiatives with minimal supervision.
