Construction Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Responsibilities: The SME will validate AI-generated plan review outputs to ensure they align with jurisdictional standards and building codes. They will provide iterative feedback for model refinement and develop complex test scenarios to evaluate AI performance.

Requirements: Requires strong experience in construction plan review and a professional credential such as a Licensed Architect, Professional Engineer, or ICC Certified Plans Examiner. Candidates must have a deep understanding of U.S. building codes and the ability to translate review practices into validation logic.
