Controller

Responsibilities: The Controller manages a portfolio of clients by overseeing financial reporting, month-end closes, and providing strategic financial insights. Additionally, the role involves mentoring junior accounting staff and improving internal firm processes and SOPs.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and over 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 years as a Controller or Senior Accountant. Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and strong knowledge of GAAP are essential.
