Counseling Supervisor - (M1)

Responsibilities: As a Counseling Supervisor, you will supervise counselors, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures while providing additional counseling and financial education as needed. You will also analyze counselor performance and monitor the overall needs of the department.

Requirements: Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of related management experience. NFCC and HUD certification is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
