Creative Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (EMEA/APAC Coverage)

Responsibilities: Own the full top-of-funnel pipeline to source and evaluate exceptional creative and technical talent across EMEA and APAC. Manage high-volume outreach, coordinate assessments, and support compliance and onboarding workflows for the expert network.

Requirements: Requires 3-6+ years of recruiting experience in creative or tech fields, based in EMEA or APAC time zones. Must possess a strong eye for design portfolios and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
