CSP Engagement Specialist

Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to members with cancer diagnoses to provide education and determine eligibility for the Cancer Support Program. Perform real-time documentation of interactions and coordinate member information with clinical team partners.

Requirements: Requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in telephonic customer service and Microsoft Office. Candidates must be 18 years or older and have the flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm CST.
