Customer Operations (Auto Claims)

Responsibilities: Perform high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill medical claims to insurance companies on behalf of healthcare providers. Research accident details to determine payers and resubmit bills to maximize payments for clients.

Requirements: Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with productivity metrics. Experience with Coordination of Benefits and insurance billing is a plus but not required.
