Data and Product Operations Lead

Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data sets from conception to delivery, treating data as a product. Partner with research, engineering, and deployment teams to define goals and ensure high-quality data for machine learning models.

Requirements: Requires 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or heavy operations roles. Candidates should be adaptable generalists comfortable in high-output environments with a low ego and natural curiosity.
