Delfina Doula (Contract, IL-based)

Responsibilities: Act as a virtual health coach providing 1:1 and group education to pregnant patients and new mothers. Ensure patient adherence to care protocols and engagement as defined by healthcare providers.

Requirements: Requires a professional doula certification (DONA, ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula) and Illinois Medicaid Program Advanced Cloud Technology (IMPACT) certification. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish fluency highly preferred.
