Director of AI-Enabled Instruction, ELA

Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, AI-enabled ELA instructional model and a multi-school literacy initiative. Collaborate with system leaders and product teams to create instructional supports that integrate AI while maintaining curricular rigor.

Requirements: Requires at least 8 years of combined experience in ELA instruction, coaching, and adult learning, including 5 years of classroom teaching. Must possess deep pedagogical knowledge of the Science of Reading and technical fluency with AI platforms.
