Director of Connectivity, Service Delivery

Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle for connectivity solutions, from order acceptance through provisioning and go-live. Design scalable workflows and manage carrier relationships to ensure high-quality deployment of telecom transport services.

Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in telecom service delivery leadership. Must have deep technical expertise in transport services (Fiber, Ethernet, Wireless) and proficiency with NID platforms and ServiceNow.
