Responsibilities: Lead the strategic and operational direction of the higher education portfolio to improve access and success for undocumented students. Manage a team and external partnerships while aligning programmatic goals with policy priorities and organizational strategy.

Requirements: Requires 7-10 years of professional experience in higher education or immigrant justice, including 3-5 years of people management. Must have deep expertise in California higher education systems and experience managing grant-funded programs.
