Director, Product Building

Responsibilities: Lead the Camunda Experience sub-division by establishing a new 'Builder' operating model that integrates product, design, and engineering. Oversee the delivery of the AI-native builder experience and Camunda Hub while managing a team of approximately 25 people.

Requirements: Requires 10+ years of product leadership experience with a proven track record of designing operating models and shipping AI-driven customer-facing software. Must possess strong design taste and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, high-ownership environment.
