Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals to deliver high-quality underwriting and financial analysis for US employer benefit plans. Act as a technical expert and mentor, overseeing tools and workflows while representing the team in client and leadership meetings.
Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience on the broker or carrier side focusing on Health and Benefits. Must possess a deep understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms and proficiency in carrier reporting systems and Microsoft Office.
