Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive tele-mental health EAP services, including direct counseling and outreach to employees and their families. Manage a clinical caseload while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize product enhancement and ensure high-quality client care.
Requirements: Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field and an active, unrestricted license to practice in Texas. Candidates must have at least 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of case management review experience.
