Enrollment Specialist (Part-Time) (Fully-Remote) (PST Hours)

Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound outreach to educate and enroll patients in care management programs. Manage scheduling inquiries and accurately document all patient interactions to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements: Requires excellent communication skills, call center experience, and a self-motivated approach to helping patients with chronic conditions. Must be comfortable using web-based tools and possess a personal laptop and smartphone.
