Responsibilities: Provide estate planning, asset protection, and business formation services to pre-qualified clients. Conduct thorough client meetings and deliver personalized legal strategies supported by a back-office team.

Requirements: Requires an active Virginia bar license, a J.D. degree, and at least 3 years of estate planning experience including Medicaid asset protection. Multi-state licensure and an LL.M. in estate planning or tax are preferred.
